From yarn to finished roll — knitted, dyed, printed and checked under one roof.
Our activewear & swim knits are made at a vertically integrated mill: circular knitting, jet dyeing, digital printing, heat-setting and finishing, then inspection and lab testing before every roll ships to Vietnam.
Knitting
Greige is knitted on circular machines in nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex, including recycled, bio-based and technology yarns.
Dyeing
Fabrics are dyed to your colour in jet dyeing machines, so stock greige becomes the shade you order.
Printing
Digital and industrial inkjet printing for prints, swimwear graphics and placement designs.
Finishing
Heat-setting, brushing and surface finishing set the width, weight, hand and stretch recovery.
Inspection, testing & stock
Every roll is inspected and rolled; quality is checked in the testing lab, and greige is held in stock for short lead times.
